Our returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to complete your return, we will require proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please note, we will not agree to a return or a refund unless we have received the item back for inspection and in the original packaging (where possible).
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is agreed, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card, or the original method of payment.
If the initial order value was below £50.00, then any refund made will also include the cost of any shipping that may have been paid.
If the initial order qualified for free shipping and the value of any refund means the total order value then falls below the free shipping threshold (£50.00), then the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you don't received your refund, first check your bank/credit card account again, then contact your bank/credit card company. It may take several days before your refund shows in your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: MellowMood Candles, 50 Fairfax Avenue, Tarvin, CH3 8DR, United Kingdom.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Alternatively, we will credit the value of the initial order to the original method of payment.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send any credit to the original method of payment and advise the original purchaser of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If a refund is agreed, you will be also refunded your shipping cost to an amount that is equal to our standard shipping cost.
You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
